This in my opinion is one of the most crucial steps to truly learning about yourself and healing from the trauma and damages you've experienced during your current "Human Experience".
This is where you start digging into all the things you went through that basically fucked you up and scarred you for what you thought was life, until you start doing Shadow work.
It's best to use this questions and jot them down in your diary/journal and answer them as honestly as possible (WARNING: This method of healing is very difficult especially for beginners, could cause you to relapse back into the original state of emotions) The plus side to doing shadow work, even as crappy as it may feel at first, is that you are finally getting to the root of a lot of your issues that stem from a lot of trauma and hurt from as early as childhood.
