3 Month Healing Guidance

First Try-mester: Month 1

Understanding

Trying to Conceive (TTC) can be very stressful on the mind, body and spirit. Sometimes there's more to not being able to conceive than modern medicine can determine and this is where I come in.

Before you continue in this program there's a few resources you need to be made aware of when Trying To Conceive (TTC) and that are to be used during this Three month treatment program.

These are a few things you need to be aware of before beginning in this program....

  • Ovulation
  • Medical Infertility diagnoses
  • Mental Health
  • Dietary Setbacks
  • Spiritual Setbacks

Ovulation

Ovulation is the name of the process that happens usually once in every menstrual cycle when hormone changes trigger an ovary to release an egg. You can only become pregnant if a sperm fertilizes an egg. Ovulation usually happens 12 to 16 days before your next period starts.
The eggs are contained in your ovaries. During the first part of each menstrual cycle, one of the eggs is being grown and matured.

  • As you approach ovulation, your body produces increasing amounts of a hormone called estrogen, which causes the lining of your uterus to thicken and helps create a sperm friendly environment.

  • These high estrogen levels trigger a sudden increase in another hormone called luteinising hormone (LH). The ‘LH’ surge causes the release of the mature egg from the ovary - this is ovulation.

  • Ovulation normally occurs 24 to 36 hours after the LH surge, which is why the LH surge is a good predictor of peak fertility.

  • The egg can only be fertilized for up to 24 hours after ovulation. If it isn’t fertilized the lining of the womb is shed (the egg is lost with it) and your period begins. This marks the start of the next menstrual cycle.

Mental Health

Mental health can also play a major role into why you are struggling to conceive.

This can come from a stressful job, stressful relationship, depression, Anxiety, stressing the inability to conceive etc.

When you are dealing with these issues sometimes your body will find the environment too hostile and will not allow an egg to be mated with the sperm thus resulting in another failed pregnancy test and ultimately more stress!

We will have different stress relieving methods available during this program.

Dietary Setbacks

Spiritual Setbacks

Believe it or not, having issues with your spiritual self can also effect your ability to conceive and we will be getting more into subconscious programming of the mind, Chakra blockages and Spirit babies.

Your diet can also play a role into why you are struggling to conceive, there's nothing wrong with enjoying any  "Unhealthy foods", just try to keep a conscious mind of eating them in moderation and increase your intake of "Healthy foods" to increase your chances of conceiving, we'll be getting into the "Fertility Diet" later in the program.
